About Me:

I'm Wade and I am working to become a self/community-taught web developer. After years of working factory jobs that didn't challenge me, didn't pay much, and frankly, bored the pants off me, I finally found something to make the job-side of my life fulfilling!

Some of the things about this profession that attracted me to it are the culture of helpfulness that I've seen from Developers online towards beginners. A lifetime of learning, the flexibility it can bring to my life - so many different paths I could take! And having an actual career that means something more to me, doing work I can be proud of instead of just punching a clock and collecting a paycheck.
